Received a NY area code number and as I didn't recognize it, I allowed it to go to voice mail. I got 1/2 the message, starting with "magistrate or grand jury . . .", so this must be a recording or an idiot that spoke over the recording inviting people to leave a message. I'm guessing subcontinental Asia is the origin of this call. The accent was heavily influenced by British English.
just got the call, Aug 16. Perfect transcript of it. It's a shame the outsourced call centers in India don't hire him. Much easier to understand then the ones that are working honest jobs.
