I got the same call with the same message. I called back and asked for his name and Id #. He said his name was Alex Page id# 150794. Then I asked for the number to his legal department so that my attorney could contact them to get this straightened out and he hung up on me and now they will not answer the phone when I call. They claim the are the US Treasury.
Same east Indian creep THREATENING me on my voice mail, representing himself as an agent of the USTreasury.
I know they don't operate this way and furthermore, I am squeeky CLEAN and I have never been to NY and neither do I care too... How stupid can this DIRTBAG be?
Don't call me saying you are Government because I HATE THOSE SON OF A [***] LAWLESS [***] TOO. Doesnt scare me a bit. Hey Government...DO YOUR JOBS! We have an DVD to the tune of BILLIONS and we are left to defend ourselves because of corrupt Government. Obviously, a lot of people have received these calls and NOTHING is being done! Deport this [***] and all foreign national CRIMINALS so we can have some peace again.
I go the same threatening voice mail message yesterday -- as the others on this thread have described. It is obviously a scam. No official government agency in the US (or any entity working with/in the legal system in the US) would ever call, let alone leave a voice mail, with something allegedly so serious. These things come in Certified US Mail or some other trackable written form. I have blocked the caller and will not respond to their stupid script. Unfortunately, some people who get the same call will be duped -- that's a shame.
