Same thing. No message and called twice in a row. Irritating.

called from this number, listed as Oyster Bay, NY. Robocall telling me that I am being sued by IRS and need to phone urgently. Scam.

I received as well. It's a scam

Got the same call & message. Love the recording...sounds very official.

I got the same call yesterday 04/12/17. Stating that they were the IRS and that I had committed fraud filing my taxes for 2010 to 2015 and I owe money. That they Irs has a bench warrant out on me and that I would not be granted bail.  That they could freeze all my assets, take my house, car and property away from me.  All for a whopping $1,583.00.  WOW.  Now I know the IRS can be tough but they will work with you.  Oh and by the way the police were on their way.....I just feel bad for anyone who falls for this.
