in reality, these people are insensitive and call even though we are on a do not call list. A nuisance.
This number called my phone and hung up as soon as I answered and when I called back from my same phone it's a busy signal but when I called from my husband phone it had a message that stated it was a non working number they call every couple days who is this???!?!?!
