Just got a call from this number, male with a thick Indian accent saying something about my computer sending "critical errors," how it was downloading malware and spyware, and that he was going to troubleshoot for me. I played along pretending to press my windows key and my R key like he said, then told him I made a mistake and that was my microwave and I don't actually have a computer. He asked me then if I have a TV and I said no. He asked if I have a mobile and I said no. I told him I live in a cave and have no electricity. Then he asked if I have a "finger" (no, for real he did), to which I said "I have ten and two of them are standing straight up at you." Then I hung up.
we have received constant calls from this scammer saying they are windows technical support. they don't quit calling so i blocked anyone calling from a unlisted number forcing them to use a number. this is the number that should up. They want us to go on our computer to gain access I'm sure. I've called the phone company and they won't do anything to help. I'm fed up as they could 20-30 times a day. They told my husband when he answered that they would have sex with me. Something needs to be done about these people.
I live in Canada as well and been contacted by these turkeys something in the area of 20 times. I LOVE THESE CALLS! I like to start off as any rube would, going through the paces of the concerned "Microsoft" customer; just when they think they have a big dopey fish on their line, my true personality comes out...it is at this point where I attack their flaws as people that would steal for a living- karma also seems to resonate for what I believe to be good reason very specific to where I believe these operators come from.
my advice though is to hang up immediately or don't pick the phone up at all.
I also got this number on September 4, 2014 at 5:29pm. I do not know anyone on this number, but these unknown number calls must stop immediately. Even if I got a new cell phone number, this can happen again.
