i have received calls from this number 2 times in the past few days. Did not answer as number is not familiar to me. Thanks to all of you who have posted your results.
Said "hello", heard a beep then a woman's viice said "goodbye" and hung up. Tried call back and got an automated message saying the number was unreachable.
