i have received calls from this number 2 times in the past few days. Did not answer as number is not familiar to me. Thanks to all of you who have posted your results.
They change their phone number. Quite often 210-319-5025, was the number they use before this last one. I have told them I'm not interested. I don't care of my computer, breaks down. They try to get you to go to a specific website or they ask you for your IP address. They irritate me, but I have finally found a way to get them to hang up right away. Talk very abusive to them, they will tell you, you don't have the right to talk to a certified Microsoft engineer like that. I told him to file a complaint, he hung up, is much as I hate being disrespectful and abusive that seems to get through to him faster than anything else. Also, anybody out there that has a Samsung phone should be able to block the number just by holding your finger over the number for a moment or 2. It should come up with a menu and rejecting a call is on it will still show up on your call list that you receive the call, but it won't ring through
Don't answer and don't give out information to these people or others pretending to be of service. If they were legit they would not resort to these tactics. They want your cc and personal information then they will drain your bank account.
