Received same message as described above, from same number. This is third call. The only new info I have to add, is that the first call asked for a person by name, someone with my common last name and a first name starting with the same letter. I think these are collection calls, but they are using very bad skip tracing data. If they are a collection agency, these calls are a violation of the FDCPA and the FCRA, not to mention that New York can't collect in my home state of Minnesota. But, who's going to sue them?
I received the same threatening call about someone suing me and I would have to contact their legal team to know more about the case . Authorities please shut these scum bags down. I have been receiving these calls from Ny and previously from Maine . Gentleman whose brother is in FBI, do you have any news for us?
I'm getting multiple phone messages from 518-35-2201. Here is what is says.....
"This is Jasmine Long with the Private servicing division of Expedited Processing Services. I’m calling in regards to a formal complaint that requires your immediate attention. I have documents that are scheduled to be delivered to your residence or place of employment. We will only make two attempts to deliver these documents. Have valid identification to insure the proper delivery of the documentation. If you or your attorney have any questions regarding this matter, you can contact our client at 518 375 2201"
