I filed a complaint with Lori Swanson and I received a letter back from not only Lori but also Burl W Haar Executive Secretary of the State of Minnesota Public Utilities Commission. These things are refered to as ID Spoofing, Vishing, Unmasking and Call Trapping. At any event Government Agencies such as Public Utilities and Attorney Generals want to go after these companies but they have to go through the phone companies first to track them down. You need to file a complaint with your Attorney General.
