Called during lunch. My time. They obviously have no regard for the people they are trying to contact. Told me they can lower interest rate for my credit card. I told them I don't have a credit card, they then replied that my phone number has credit information attached to it. Privacy policy? Is my cellphone really being cold called by spam marketers and phishers?
