It's "RACHEL from cardmember services". This is a SCAM. I have recieved multiple calls from multiple numbers for months. ALWAYS the same voice and message. ALWAYS a spoofed telephone number. If you call back right away it is busy. If you call back later it rings through and gives a phone number to take you off the list. If you call back in a couple days it is disconnected. It is always the same callback removal number and it never works. I usually answer and hang up. If it ends up being a real person they will leave a message. If not, it must not be that important. I get calls on my cell from this number so yesterday I hit 1 and said "you people need to quit calling my cell phone" and the guy dropped the F-bomb and called me a racist?!!! These people are whacked.
