Total scam....We called back and told them to file the subpoena and would have our lawyer contact them first thing in the morning......they hung up.....
Yes! Smells like fraud to me!!!!!! Call and threaten to send a warrant out for using name as a reference, first time I ever heard you could be arrested for a reference.
This number keeps calling me and they are impersonating FBI and the IRS they've tried several tactics saying I won 5000, and when they asked for my bank info, I asked for theirs in return was cursed out and then hung up on. since that didn't work now they are calling me impersonating the FBI and IRS and threatening me with arrest, saying that there are several warrants issued against my soc number. They get very aggrivated when you asked for a badge number or identification number (IRS) and begin cursing you then hang up.
THEY DID THE SAME THING TO ME AN HOUR AGO. I CALLED THE POLICE IN MY CITY AND F.T.C. THE B.B.B. AND MY BANK. I HAD MY BANK ON THREEWAY WITH ME AND THEY HAD ME ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME. I KNOW I DONT HAVE ANY LOANS WITH THESE PAYDAY LOAN PEOLPE THAT'S IF WHAT THEY ARE. I DID WHAT I SUPOSE TO DO AND PLEASE DO THE SAME IF YOU READ MY MESSAGE. THEY GOING TO KEEP ON CALLING AND THREATING YOU. BUT PLEASE DON'T GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFO. HANG UP CALL YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT. AND CALL OR LINK ON THESE INTERNET SITES THAT IS IN THESE COMMENTS. AND ON MORE THING ADERSON LAW FERM THAT I CAN ONLY FIND IS IN ILLIONS.
they called me leavening a voice mail and they talk about god bless u and good luck if i dont call them back when i called i couldn't understand there arab accent im sure they were from India tho and threaten me with a good time in jail these jerks i will pressue these as s holes for all of us because it sounds like they have a whole office dedicated to this scam rest easy they are some nobody's
Just got a call from this number. traced it to Yreka California and a Level 3 server. Level 3 couldn't give me any information but told me to call my local law enforcement and report it. These people even left a voice mail message after I told the person to learn to speak English and hung up. 30 seconds later a call back.
