so an officer David Jones has been harassing me saying that there are 3 criminal charges against me and if I do not call them or my lawyer does not call them that only god can help me with this matter. Then a few minutes later he called my best friend and left a message stating that she was a personal contact person and that to get a message to me in regards to the criminal charges. So I call Chico PD and they told me to ignore the calls that this was a scam and to call them back and tell them that I have reported them to the police. While doing that the man on the other line was trying to talk to me about my "charges" I told him that I do not care to listen to him that this was all a scam and to stop harassing me and my friends and family and that the police have been informed. Then he hung up on me. I am so tired of people getting our info and trying to use it against us. Now my friend is so mad that she said I can no longer use her as a reference cause she thinks I am in some kind of trouble. GRRRRRRR.
They told me that im going to be arrested if i dont pay $200.00 ,they ask me if i wanted to be arrested for that money and ask me for a credit card # to pay ,or he send his agent right now to arrest me and also he knows all personal info .Did sombody knows some information that can help me
I got a call around 8 a.m. they asked for me then introduced himself as a police officer in New York ( my called id shows a cal area code) I did get these types of calls a few years back and I knew I hadn't taken out a loan then or recently and I certainly have not defaulted on any type of loan. They call they try the bully tactic they state they are either attorneys or some type of law enforcement. They catch people off guard I think they must be making a lot of money because they continue to use the same tactics. The first time they got a hold of my cell number and they called back to back for about an hour or so, they wait about a week or a few days and the cycle starts again. I got so ticked off the first time I said to them you have someone from this law office call me without an Indi accent and I will talk to them. Well when they kept calling I began to get very rude and ashamedly racist against them. Boy did that tweak their curler. Within minutes I began receiving calls from the Attorney General, they advised me to stay where I am because the police are on their way. I responded perfect I will have some tea and cookies waiting for them and hung up. They called a few more times and I didn't answer my phone. So this morning when they called I just hung up on them and left my phone off the hook for about an hour. They called a couple more times and then stopped, I am sure they will call again.

If you ignore the calls, dont pick up the phone, I know its annoying, but they will stop calling. Beware that they use similar tactics stating that they are helping people fix their credit by issuing a credit card. They are middle eastern and when you call them out they cuss up a storm and hang up on you. Dont even talk to them.

are not part of the US. This is why they are hard to trace and our laws do not pertain to them.
