so an officer David Jones has been harassing me saying that there are 3 criminal charges against me and if I do not call them or my lawyer does not call them that only god can help me with this matter. Then a few minutes later he called my best friend and left a message stating that she was a personal contact person and that to get a message to me in regards to the criminal charges. So I call Chico PD and they told me to ignore the calls that this was a scam and to call them back and tell them that I have reported them to the police. While doing that the man on the other line was trying to talk to me about my "charges" I told him that I do not care to listen to him that this was all a scam and to stop harassing me and my friends and family and that the police have been informed. Then he hung up on me. I am so tired of people getting our info and trying to use it against us. Now my friend is so mad that she said I can no longer use her as a reference cause she thinks I am in some kind of trouble. GRRRRRRR.

SOME PERSON CLAIMING TO BE AN OFFICER CLAIMING HIS NAME IS JOHN WRIGHT BUT SOUND LIKE A DAMN IMMIGRANT SAYING THERE IS A WARRENT OUT FOR MY ARREST FOR NOT PAYING MONEY. IM LIKE WHO THE HELL IS THIS AND STOP CALLING MY PHONE BECAUSE I DONT OWE A DAMN THING TO NOBODY.. THIS MUST STOP OR I WILL GET A LAWYER TO FIND OUT WHAT DAMN COMPANY THIS MAN IS CALLING FROM TO SUE THEM.
They called me at my place of business today and said they were the State Investigation Department from New York State regarding a legal matter. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said one momen I will get Peter Black my supervisor and then the same person came back on the line....like I am stupid! He said that he got my information from the internet and that I had a past due loan that had been turned over to the State Police.I told him then have the State Police in Washington State give me a call. The scary thing is...he had the last four numbers of my social security number too. We need to get stronger laws to fight this....some people aren't smart enough to figure it out which is why they are successful.
I recieved the same phone call and I am not going to give in. Last year in 2011 this man Peter Jones called my home on my day off and had me on the phone while on the phone with my work. IT scared me but when I realized this is a scam. I just told him to do what he ahd to do and good luck himself. The phone calls stopped and now they have started again. I am sick of these flipping idiots calling. IF you owe a loan you will not be arrested bnut sued in a court of law. Dont fall for their scamms.

information on these people. Please note they will begin to contact your family too. They have called my family members trying to get them to pay this "debt" for me, so warn them.

They are wonderful and will walk you throw the whole process. I was crying when I called them and they not only helped calm me down but made me feel so much better.
