so an officer David Jones has been harassing me saying that there are 3 criminal charges against me and if I do not call them or my lawyer does not call them that only god can help me with this matter. Then a few minutes later he called my best friend and left a message stating that she was a personal contact person and that to get a message to me in regards to the criminal charges. So I call Chico PD and they told me to ignore the calls that this was a scam and to call them back and tell them that I have reported them to the police. While doing that the man on the other line was trying to talk to me about my "charges" I told him that I do not care to listen to him that this was all a scam and to stop harassing me and my friends and family and that the police have been informed. Then he hung up on me. I am so tired of people getting our info and trying to use it against us. Now my friend is so mad that she said I can no longer use her as a reference cause she thinks I am in some kind of trouble. GRRRRRRR.
Yea I got that same call today this morning at around 8am from some guy with a heavy accent saying that he was officer daniel jones from some investigations agency looking for my wife cause she was involved in financial fraud. He told me I would be in "big trouble" if I didn't have my wife call him back. Would somebody please tell this dummy to stop calling my phone b4 I start calling them every hour on the hour and I'll claim to be officer peter williams and that they will be in "big trouble" if they don't stop calling people and tryna steal there money.
Had a great conversation with Officer David Jones, Mark Thompson and then the Supervisor today. All stating, I was in big trouble! They called leaving messages to have me fired. They did not have any information correct. I reverse directory assisted them and lead them on for a while and then let them have it. I told him I knew he was calling from CA and I had the name of the person who the phone was listed in and that person's address. I asked for the division name, precinct number and badge number. They did not feel they had to give me the information since I was the one in trouble!!!! LOL
Got a call from someone named Brad King this morning stating he was investigating me re a loan with US Adance that I had took out and now they were unable to collect because the funds were not there. He left a message and said that I would be in "huge" trouble if I did not contact him immediately and make arranements for pay. I got to work and there was this guy calling me again, this time on my work phone! I called him and told him I did not know what he was talking about and was not familiar with any company by that name. When I refused to pay he said "ok, I will wrap this up and send it immediately to your district attorney's office" -- then I told him how rude he was to call my work and interrupt my day with this nonsense -- I asked him to give him a call on my lunch hour and we would talk more because I still had questions. Well, I printed out my bank statement and went to my bank and the banker googled the number and told me it was a scam. After I got back to my desk I called Mr. King and told him that I was not paying anything and if he called my number I would report him to the FBI. He began cussing me out and I hung up the phone. The nerve!!!! LOL!
I got a Call from a Foriegn speaking man claiming to be Officer Alex Flemiz (530) 363-9566 and told him I was NOT here and was upset because my child's mother gave him my new cell number well I guess it's time to change numbers again. Beware it's guys in India using Majic Jacks with USA numbers in California.
i have gotten calls like this for quite some time. they didnt start until i tried to get a loan online. i found out though, that the type of bank i use is not an approved bank. its just an online bank. i only found this out by calling one of the loan providers directly. getting someone with a strong indian accent walking me though how to enter all the info correctly. at the end is when he said that my bank is not an official bank. which its technically not. its just an online bank from Metabank. but he told me that because of this, i am denied on the application. now i did enter my work number on my application as just my google talk number. since then, i get calls from numbers all over the country calling my cell and google talk number saying that i owe for a loan which i was denied for. i had one tell me that i was going to have to go to the state of Florida and have to fight with the state. i have only lived in texas and arizona. each time they call, i never answer. so all my voicemails i get all say that this is my final warning and if i dont call them back, then they will have police come to my home and arrest me. this started about 14 months ago. the only reason they have gone so long is i never understood why i was denied a loan until i called about 2 months ago. so i have filled out quite a few loan applications. they do eventually stop calling. but in my case, it starts up again with a new number every month.
