Holy Crap!! Same thing happened. I do have a outstanding payday loan, but not through them. I told them that my phone was a crappy phone that I can't hook up to the internet!! I am glad I did some research.
I received a call from this number as well. They told me that they were fixing to ruin my life and also that if they showed up at my house my body would never be found. The mans name was Adam Thompson and that I owed cash advance usa 300.00. I contacted cash advance usa about this and they do not show a loan in my name nor do they show an application ever being done. They sent me an email confirming all of this. I have filed a complaint with my local police department and the cash advance usa is also involving there local police. Do not give these people any info and when they give the last four of you SS# do not say that it is yours
same thing happened to me except he didn't tell me my body would never be found. i have gotten several calls from about 10 if not more phone numbers. different names but same guy. today he was rex wright. something needs to be done by these people.

I got the same call from the same individual w/Indian accent. After leaving a threatening voice mail addressed to someone else, I caledl the number back to try to inform them that they were calling the wrong number.
When I called I asked him what type of litigation the company engaged in. He said if I had gone to school I would know what a law firm did...
Need lesss to say I was livid after that comment and asked to speak to a supervisor- he stated that there was none available. I hung up on him.
I will contact the proper authority and report this harrassing phone call.
