Did they get money from you? They got money from me before and I will NOT give them anymore....they are scammers and I have a guy working on this to shut them down!!
this phone number call me they said there are lawyer firm and they said you are in big trouble because cash advance company is suing for writing a check and I never write check to any cash advance place and when I said let me talk to your Supervisor they yell at me.....
They called my cell phone asking for someone I have never heard of. They gave me a ssn that was not mine and said I was writing bad checks. Also, the guy had a thick foreign accent. I can hardly understand the guy. I report to do not call registery for cell phones.
They call both my cell phone and my home phone number. Not sure how they got my information, but I never really give them the opportunity to speak to me. But from what I've heard, they claim I'm involved in some kind of fraud and they have a private lawsuit pending against me, which is total BS. These guys are more than likely not even in this country and are using bounced numbers nationwide to fuel their scam. More than likely, they would ask me to send them money as a payment for my "fraud" and they'll drop the lawsuit against me. I told one of the foreign callers that if they have legal information for me they need to send it to my address and I'll forward it to my lawyer, at which point he decided to yell at me and call me a "fraud". It's all a scam, and I advise anyone getting calls like this to not take part in ANYTHING they tell you. Just tell them to call your lawyer, and hang up. Report all phone numbers to your cell phone carier and have them blocked to prevent further calls.
I received a voice message with a foreign speaking man yelling at me I better call him back...I than received a phone call on my cell with them saying I was in trouble for bounced checks and were reading from an advotavite or me not to speak untill spoken till...They had my aol address and it really freaked me out...There manner pissed me off so i finally gave it back to them and hung up..
