All they are is payday loan scammers. They do the same thing with different numbers. ten is you get loud they cal back and cuss you out. I toyed with them all day and night tonight. I had a blast. I called them and just talked about weather and indian music and lol annoyed them. Just wasted there time. Its really fun. Report it all you want it wont help. Just annoy the living piss outa them. Its my days plan tomorrow. lol.
Well, Chrissy, to go to your work as they are threatening to do, would mean they have to get a passport first. These a-holes aren't even in this country. If you are worried about your SSN, I would suggest you put an alert on all three credit report bureaus so if anything attempts to go through, you will be notified to verify it is legitimate. I think this is basically backlash from cheap American companies going outside of the U.S. for employees to man their call centers. Unfortunately, we are the ones who suffer from their tight-wad ways. Blocking the numbers they call from will not really help in the long run because they will just get new ones and keep going. I guess the most important "authority" to complain to is the FTC; go to www.ftc.gov to file one online. Apparently it's going to take a senator's family member to start getting these calls before anyone will ever do anything about it. A government for the people and by the people, my A**!
I have just received a phone call from 530-554-4582 and the foreign speaking guy told me I had better have my lawyer contact them or I would be facing serious charges. This is a different number then what has called me before the first number was 760-429-2889 who stated that I owed 300.00 for a payday loan that I never took out. I have blocked the numbers from my phone, but is there anything else that I can do to stop this harassment?

I am getting call to my cell phone and home number. The man name is Chris Matthews he says. He states that I need to call him back and if not it is on "my head". "God Bless" and he hangs up. About a month ago I was getting these calls, but they stopped. Now they are calling back. Does anyone have any information or tell me what I need to do to report the caller?
