Man with a thick accent called asking for someone who doesnt work at my office.as soon as I say we have no one by that name here ,the man hangs up and calls back 3 more times. Immeadiatly after the 4th call he calls back on a screened number asking for the same person. Annoying as hell.
I'm from Canada and the same thing happened to me but the first time they left a message couldn't understand what they were saying on the message and I'm glad I didn't answer the phone they called again today and again I didn't answer the call...then to come on here and check the number to find this website I'm glad I didn't answer and will be in contact with my internet provider to report this issue...hopefully we can get to the bottom of this non sense...:-)
Scam scam scam
Broken English claiming to be from Microsoft, calling to help with a virus they have detected on my computer. I got his attention, then told him to go "f" himself, and then I hung up.
Just received the Microsoft computer tech call about "issues" on my computer that he graciously offered to fix remotely for me for a one time fee. He had a heavy Indian accent and I could here others making similar calls in the background. I told him I was not interested and he threatened me by telling me that my computer will crash if I don't do it. I told him again that I was not interested so he gave up.
Just a few minutes ago, received a call from this number ..530-319-3038.. 7:15 a.m. - am on the DO NOT CALL list and the caller sounded foreign. When I asked him if he knew what time it was, he hung up.
Have blocked this specific number but know that they will most likely switch to a different phantom #.
