Man with a thick accent called asking for someone who doesnt work at my office.as soon as I say we have no one by that name here ,the man hangs up and calls back 3 more times. Immeadiatly after the 4th call he calls back on a screened number asking for the same person. Annoying as hell.
Just received a call from this number and it sounded suspicious so I decided to google it. The gentlemen on the other end sounded like he was Pakistani or Indian and he was calling about my computer. When I asked him what he was selling he mumbled something incoherantly and hung up on me. Definitely suspicious
received call from this number..east Indian sounding woman said they were from microsoft, don't think so.Said i had a virus and were getting error messages sent to them and wanted me to go to comp so they could help get rid of virus's..can everyone say SCAM :)
I just had this same call... They also called me just before the holidays and two days after they called the first time my computer crashed and would not work. I wanted to listen this time but i just hung up in the end as a friend told me not to trust people calling like that.
