Got call from Payton that appeared as 540-904-4838 but actually was from 540-751-3319 when I used info playback on my answering service. Not scammed as I did not respond but clearly a phishing type number. I had listed a vehicle on Kijiji (Canada Craigslist) which triggered the call. Beware.
Spam! Got my number from Craig's list. Said he could sell my vehicle for me for a fee of $200! Has called numerous times and left message for me to call back. My add stated "No solicitation calls!" Said his name is Peyton, his number shows up as being from Virginia on voice mail but as unknown on caller ID. I did not answer or return his call. My vehicle sold third day and ad was removed immediately. So why is he still calling?
Peyton should change his name. He has called me 4 times and I don't even have a car to sell. I listed a tow dolly under cars & trucks on Craigslist. Really annoying. Thanks for posting Mike!
Same msg. As everyone else. "Peyton" knows how to help sell an item....funny thing is he didn't say what the item was!!!! Got it from Craigslist and text msgs. From another scammer, called his bluff. People are crazy!!!!!!!
