Laws are meant to control criminals, not the innocent. All telecoms have the ability to track their traffic and a reporting system combined with automated monitoring of activity can allow for numbers to be disconnected automatically for suspicious and/or illegal purposes.
called several times, blocked call . then they used another number 541-550-2976. same area has used other numbers this year. no regard for do not call.
This number has called my cell every few days, usually early afternoon. I never answer numbers not on my approved call list. This number hangs up after the tone my voicemail gives......no message just a clear sound of a disconnect, which tells me these are robot dailed and once a voice is heard....transferred to a salesman...but they hear the "tone" or beep and hang up.
