Laws are meant to control criminals, not the innocent. All telecoms have the ability to track their traffic and a reporting system combined with automated monitoring of activity can allow for numbers to be disconnected automatically for suspicious and/or illegal purposes.
I have had this number call me the last 4 days in a row at different times of day. No message is left. I do not answer such calls, with no name and no number. This is getting really irritating, which led me to the search of who's number this is. A telemarketer really?! Is nobody safe from receiving these calls?
