After a pause and a "beep", an interactive recorded male voice came on, and said "Hi! This is Jeremy from Medical Brace Promotion. Can you hear me okay?" I simply repeated his company name as a question.The recording went on; "We're calling because medical records indicate you may be suffering from neck, back, or knee pain. Is that correct? Questions obviously designed to elicit a "yes" or other affirmative response from me that could be recorded and later edited. I hung up.
Got this call at 7:30 this morning and I was still asleep in bed! They said they were from some medical something and then said, "can you hear me okay?", so I immediately hung up! I looked up this area code and it says California area but I feel this is most likely not so as it would have been 5:30am there!
