Got a call from this # yesterday. It was a prerecorded message saying "This is a final attemt. This is the IRS, we will be filing suit against you. You need to call blah blah blah." This is the secpnd time I recieved a prerecorded message like this. The first one was on 11/7/2014 from (717) 201-2296. When I got that call, I immediately called the # back and got a message that said "we're sorry but ghe person you have called has a voicemail box that has not been set up yet." I knew it had to be a scam.
caller ID said "CDCR ASP". The message left was to inform me that I was being sued by the IRS and must return the call immediately. Online info indicates that CDCR ASP is a California prison. I don't plan to return the call.
