I got 4 calls from this number and I even dont live in U.S.A.or CA.... I didnt answered and when i search this number on google i found this site. So thank you for the information. And f** them.
What i dont get it's how the police dont do anything with that..

I did not - but I'm sure people do - I am sure first thing they'd do is ask for name/address/SS#
Got a call from this number saying they were the IRS and it was their final attempt to contact us and we were being sued. I stupidly called the phone number that the message had left for us (202-241-8011) and talked with an "agent" with a thick accent who argued with me that they had mailed us written notice back in August and November and had sent someone out to our house and had left a card then regarding the attempt to deliver the papers. I told her no such written notices had been received. Suspecting a scam, I did not give out any information, but hung up on her after arguing for a couple of minutes, and then got on google to do a little research. Thank you everyone for reporting your experiences.
