Ness, look like you learned your communications skills from Mike, but took it a step further. It's funny, none of your info applies because few people will read beyond your first rude sentence.

I have received several calls from this number over the past few days. When I finally answered the person could barely speak English. When I told them it was not a good time the man was very polite and asked when would be a better time. I told him never. He sort of chuckled and hung up.
I just got off the phone with WaMu and I found out that they DO sell your info to other companies!!! The woman I spoke with was not sure if this company was one of them but they do give your contact information out to other companies to solicit you!!! I told the woman I spoke to I was VERY upset about this and asked for my information to be taken out the system and the ONLY company I want contacting me is WaMu and NOBODY else. She had to go through the system to take it out.
I work for a market research company, maybe even the one you are upset about. Synovate is one of the top research companies and does follow up calls for many companies in which you used daily. Due to the fact that you do business with banks, they have the right to call you and get your opinions about the services they provide. The interviewes dont have your information, just your name If you do not have time to talk , politely schedule a callback or ask not be to called back. Everyone has to make a living and although its not the easiest job in the world it helps college students get through school.
