Received 2 calls today from the number only identifying Fresno CA 559-437-5359. One call was at 5:45PM CST and the second was at 9:29PM CST. I did answer the second call to get only a dial tone - no one there.
The is not only a violation of the DNC list once but three times. The DNC rules state that a company may contact you if you have had a prior relationship with them - we had a mortgage with Washington Mutual, if that's who they are calling for - BUT the company has to contact you personally - not through a third party AND the caller ID MUST identify the caller - not just the city and state. Additionally, they may only call between the hours of 8am - 9pm in YOUR time zone. 9:29PM CST is definitely outside those boundaries.
