Same scenario, and I work for Student loan

Report the phone number she called from and her name to the FTC!!! She impersonated an FBI agent!!!

This lady called me a year ago saying that if I pay them money that they can take care of my student loans, well I thought it was legit because I looked them up on the BBB, well she gave me a fake name and took my money and never answered again. This same lady called me back again today and said that she was collecting a debt from my student loans, well I knew it was a lie because I am still in school. I tried to get my money back and she said we never took your money and hung up.
