They have been calling my home phone for a month. NCC A DIV OF is on my caller ID.

call my job harrasing me about a debt that was taking out 1oyrs. ago. I live in Georgia and the limitation was 5yrs for credit cards. I know they have the right to try and collect this debt but I don't appreciate this company calling me on my job.

Calls have been coming to our home number in which caller plays music and then disconnects.

they are ALL a bunch of scum bags these collection agencies

they left a message they got a 'very disturbing letter' with misunderstanding's on it
OH YEAH? Deal is you as a consumer have EVER RIGHT TO DEAL EXCLUSIVELY with the creditor NOT scum bag collection agencies.
I have some outstanding MEDICAL bills THEY are TRYING to collect and I told them to go pound sand I would ONLY deal wit he original creditor
They do NOT like consumers who know their rights~!
if you call and tell them so or send certified letter with return receipt you tell them to ceast and desist they are legally bound-otherwise you are within your rights for sue-able damages at $1000 a pop. tell them that!
