I received a collection letter on a legitimate account. This was for an ER visit that should have been covered but wasn't. The bill is for around $700 and they are offering $400. I want to pay it as it's screwing up my credit. I called the # and it just rang and rang. After reading all these posts I'm a little nervous, but I want it gone. They have never called me, just sent the letter. Advice??
Steven Wright, Jacob Weinstein, Linda Ashcroft & others a$$hole reps from Commonwealth Financial. Its a total waste of time talking to these people, all you'll receive is threats of criminal & civil prosecution even when you're not the debtor their trying to contact! Don't take their crap file complaints!!
What about me? I have been harassed by this company for 2 years now because they're looking for the woman who had my cellular number before me. I have no problem with agencies being gruff with people that owe money, but I don't owe them jack squat and I'm still being harassed.
