Received multiple calls from this number. Decided to answer it today and it is a company called RPM Collections. The number shows up as a Virginia number but the lady says they are in Washington. Apparently I have/had a old Nextel account that is in collections from 2005 for $73. I told them I was on deployment at that time and swore I resolved it in Feb.2006 and to have Sprint/Nextel call me.
When they call the phone rings twice and then stops.
I called them backwas put on hold, and then got to tell a guy the the 28 dollars that Sprint wants is a reconnection fee for an account I cancelled. I'm now a Verizon customer. He said, "Ok." Then hung up on me. That simple.
We'll see.
That's correct
RPM a collection agency for Sprint PCS

I would e mail this phone number to everyone you know and give them a call, time to turn the table
They have called my number every two minutes, about 20 times within one hour minimum. When I called them and stayed on until I got someone, I asked who they were and he gave me his personal name. He wouldn't even give me the company name until he said,"Oh, you are asking what company I am with?" Then he told me RPM. You mean to tell me no one has busted them yet? This is completely illegal and I will be contacting someone who WILL take care of this.
