Received multiple calls from this number. Decided to answer it today and it is a company called RPM Collections. The number shows up as a Virginia number but the lady says they are in Washington. Apparently I have/had a old Nextel account that is in collections from 2005 for $73. I told them I was on deployment at that time and swore I resolved it in Feb.2006 and to have Sprint/Nextel call me.
I looked up the phone number and it's from Virginia. These people call several times per day, even twice in a half hour. No messages left, no one identifies himself or herself, and I do not answer calls from callers I do not recognize.
Thanks so much for the 1-800#. My husband and I were getting the same kind of calls multiple times during the day. I just called the 1-800# and the agent told me they were looking for a person that I have never heard of. Supposedly, she "took my # off the list" we'll see!
I keep receiving calls from this number 4-5 times per day. When I answer no one is ever there. This MUST be considered harrassment. It is extremely annoying and bothersome. Is this against the law?
Get over it people... you don't pay bills, expect a phone call... all this "Stop calling me whaaaaa"... pay your bills and be happy these people have jobs.
