Who called from 5862000081

It seems this call always comes in when we listen to talks online given by Clare Lopez, a former CIA operations officer.  

Anyone else have a similar correlation with when this call is made to you?

It seems to be related to national security,  or the IRS.

late at night!!

caller ID says Michigan.  Earlier comments say it shows  Research Center.  Did NOT answer - no doubt another scam.

They called our landline at 9:44 p.m. PST
on Wednesday, 10/15/14.  We have small children - why the heck does a research center call so late on a school night?  Rude!  I picked up and hung up right away to make the ringing stop.  Good grief!
