Reverse psychology?  Really? With the idiotic results from low-information voters the last two presidential elections, that would be too smart by half AND would probaby backfire on whoever tried it.

unsolicited calls, calls repeatedly, even on weekends and evenings; never leaves a message. on the no call list, but still getting calls.

Got another call from 586-200-0081.  Keeps calling all different times, and nobody is on the other line.

Phone call from this number claiming to be with Medicare/Blue Cross Blue Shield. Clearly the call was from Pakistan. I told him immediately that the call is being recorded by the FBI, and then he turns around to tell me that I'm also being recorded. So I had to one up him and tell him that watch out, the feds are on their way to arrest him.

They call twice a night, once around 7pm and once at 8pm. Never leave a message. Caller I'D says Research Center.
