No, there's no link to AARP; these scammers are illegally robodialing everyone in the country. I have placed a do not call request with them, which they violated. Just "Rachel"-like scammers (if it's not the "Rachel" scammers doing this.)

What you and so many others don't seem to understand is that scammers don't pay attention to or abide by laws. So, them leaving you a voice mail is if no concern to some scammer who is trying to rip you off in one way or another. Just don't answer these calls and if you have questions check on this 800 notes site. Ok?

You are being called via scammers and ROBO dialing and spoofing. Don't answer #'s if you don't know who is on the other end. All of these FAKE calls have one purpose in mind and that is to scam you out of your hard earned $$$ by giving up personal information.
