somebody keeps calling, quiet disturbing, but do not leave any messages. I am afraid  that these are spam calls to use my number for illegal activities.please help

Yes, phone rings no one is there because they want to misuse this number or it is telemarketer.

Called my cell phone, and immediately hung up.  Return call goes to a recording that says it's out of service.

Please make it stop. I've been getting similar calls several times a day. I pressed '1' to speak to someone and asked to be removed (because pressing '2' to be removed does nothing, possibly makes the calls more frequent) and the woman said she's a separate company and has no control over who they call, and hung up on me. If I could find the business name anywhere I would be reporting them to anyone, the FCC, the BBB, the FBI... MAKE IT STOP.

Sorry, to clarify it was a recording from "Scott from Account Services" that activated when I said "hello," then some garbage about lowering my credit card rate. I don't even have credit cards and I'm incredibly sick of this.
