We are getting calls from this number, but is listed as name unavailable. We never answer calls with no caller ID. If they want to talk to someone, they need to either leave a message or identify who they are.

It's rather irritating that the computer calls you 4-6 times a day but you call back and get a person that can't hardly speak English and most often isn't even in the US. Why would they outsource something so important as your student loan debt?!!
I didnt answer especially at 8am they dont leave a msg .u know if this is constant harassment you can sue for harrassment and im paying my loan not always timely and still getting these calls. Dont answer and keep track.if this is a 3rd party account sold to debt collector there are companies/lawyers that can sue them
So I dont even know who these people are other then that they are calling about student loans. I get probably 3 calls per day. I have student loans but not through them.....shouldnt I have something hard copy telling me who they are? No way am I going to their website or calling them when they want my info and I dont know who they are.
