We are getting calls from this number, but is listed as name unavailable. We never answer calls with no caller ID. If they want to talk to someone, they need to either leave a message or identify who they are.
This is the second time I have gotten a call from that number I have tried calling back but it doesn't ring they call me around 10-10:30 or so
it creeping me out what should I do
This number was calling me about 3-4 times a day for the last 3 days. When I answered, nobody was on the other line. I finally got fed up with the calls and called the number back. A lady answered and stated she was from Navient Student Loan Department. She asked me for my social security number to "look up my account." When I refused to give it to her, she became very rude and argumentative stating I own money for my loans. I hung up and called the number on the Navient website and a representative there stated that is is NOT them and to not given them any information. This number is a SCAM!! Please do NOT give them ANY of your information. I did notify Navient and provided them with this number. They stated they were going to look into it and report it.
This number calls and states they have my daughter's student loan from Sally Mae and that no payments have ever been made. They are taken out monthly through my bank account. I believe they are a SCAM. They call my house constantly.
