We are getting calls from this number, but is listed as name unavailable. We never answer calls with no caller ID. If they want to talk to someone, they need to either leave a message or identify who they are.
Navient and Sallie Mae and two separate companies that happened in October. Sallie Mae handles your private loans mostly and Navient handles your federal student loans.
As before, call them before you default. You can request a financial hardship deferment or in school forbearance if you are still in school. It's better to call than default.
These people call repeatedly. They are calling for someone with my last name but not me. I do not have student loans of any kind nor does anyone in my house. I have called them and asked to be removed from their call list. I was told it would take 24 hours. That was three weeks ago. Caller ID says "Private"
