The company is WB&A Market Research. When I told their rep my number is registered with the federal Do Not Call list, he tried to justify the company violating my privacy by stating they aren't telemarketers. I informed him, the Do not call list pertains to any person and/or business I did not give my phone number to or ask to be contacted by. I then informed him to remove my number from any and all contact lists the company has. And if they call again I will sew them for fraud and harassment. People should register their number with www.donotcall.gov and report unwanted calls.
The caller asked for me by name and said he was going a survey about educational choice made by parents and students. He then proceeded to ask how many kids I have, their grades, gender. He then asked for the names of my children's schools. That's when I said I would not tell him that. He said, Okay, then I have no more questions. Do you think I was being called by some pedophile?
They called my cell and I did not answer it. Like others, I do not answer my phone when I do not recognize the number and they didn't leave a message. I also am on the Do Not Call list and that doesn't seem to stop anyone from calling.
got a call from the number looking for my dad who holds the blue cross blue shield account and they asked for him saying they were blue cross blue shield but the caller ID said the market research company, odd
I looked around about the number since they called me too a few times (never answered)

strange enough they are only about a mile from where I live. They must be operating from a little office cause the address is a like a food court/business center.
