Be a jerk to him. Told him just needed him to stay on phone long enough to get his location he hung up. I called back and started talking about random crap then gave phone to 3 year old and told her it was Santa.

I am being sued by this company by a man named Austin Black saying I didnt pay a loan , that I never borrowed.. this is not my first call.. he is sending the sheriff to my home with a subpena . saying I need to pay him now.. I have never not paid my bills.. I think this is a hoax  6075950394..please report this and let me know how to fix this problem that he thinks i have ..all my bills are paid..  I just called back and asked for one of the names and told him I was a lawyer and the sheriff was sitting here and he wanted to talk to him about what the subpena was about .. he hung up.. i blocked the number but ther are 45 numbers..What a jerk.. all of them..

I have received 3 calls from this guy I hung up the second time now he left a message saying I was going to be arrested and that he would see me downtown. I know it is a scam you can't even understand him. He says he is from R & R Law firm

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.
