Heavy Indian accented man named Joe called from Microsoft!!! I was in a good mood and had some time so I decided to get even with them (5 prior calls from them). I spent the next 15 minutes pretending to be old, hard of hearing and simple. They hung up on me after they heard my very vulgar but politely put suggestion.
Their most valuable asset is their time (this is how they make money), so if you have time and a little patience, talk to them, waste their time, get them angry and have some fun at their expense
Today his name was Mike. Same as usual. Windows Technical Support. Before he got a chance to give me his spill after he told me there was a problem with my computer, I said "So let me guess, you want me to log onto my computer so you can download a virus so you can hack my sh---." But he hung up before I could finish saying sh--.
I then blocked his number so they wouldn't call again. But you know. I think I'm going to unblock his number so I can continue to piss them off.
I keep getting a call from MicroSoft, at least 1 time a week, SO ANNOYING -

I didn't answer, but the computer generated voice message said the IRS has been trying to contact me regarding a lawsuit and that I needed to call 202-470-2693. Nonsense.
