ok so they been calling me for about a week now being rude getting nasty repeating the same stuff hanging up on me when i ask them too many questions. so i said to myself what can i do to prevent them from calling. so i played on their phone called them repeatedly and told them if they dont stop calling me then i wont stop calling them and i told them i will call them all day if i have to. i been this is harassment its sad but you might fight back and stand up for your self with out letting them bring you out of character. reverse psychology
I was called yesterday by American Legal Group and told that they had a fraud case against me. I was told to call 607-795-7354 ext 121 and talk to Mr. Rodgers who in turn put be to head attorney Mr. Roger Fetch who said I had to pay $3500 by this evening or he was going to have me arested I told him I had no money he said if I could come up $450.00 dollars in three hours he would take care of the paper work to clear this matter up. He called back I told him I only had $75.00. He said O.K. I will give you till in the morning to get $150.00 and I will till 10:00am to get the money and I will take care of this matter. When I got it to go to Wal-Mart and get a green dot card and call him and he would tell me where to send it. I am not sending no money I found out it is a scam.
Received same kind of call about American Legal Services needing my attorney name and number and that I was going to be sued but would not give me any information. I gave him my attorney's name, phone number and address and then called my attorney. I have been receiving SEVERAL of these calls so my phone number may have been sold to various agencies saying and doing the same thing or that I have won stuff. I tell all of them to put it in writing and mail to me ---- BUT NOT ONE OF THEM ASKS FOR THE INFO. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
I received a call from this number stating that I have a Fraud case against me and that it was in the amout 5,400 but if I paid them $632 theywould drop the case. They also threatened that my children will be put in foster care and that I would go to jail for six months. I have no idea who these people are and I have no cases against me. I told him he was a liar and a scam artist. This persons name was Alex Roger @ 607-795-7354
