Lands End.  I recently placed an online order and had to return the items.  It was a courtesy call letting me know my items had been returned.

Call from Lands End- letting me know about a free shipping offer. Said it was because I was a LE customer. (I haven't ordered in a few years).  Gave me a promotional code to use.  I requested getting this info via email instead of phone and they agreed.

Did somebody talk to land's end to see for sure if maybe their site is being highjacked?
When I once call land's end customer service - they answered right away and were very quick in answering questions/professional, so this doesn't sound like them, ha?

It is legit from Lands End.  They had a billing/shipping question for the order I placed today.

This number called me but did not leave a message.
If it is Lands End, and they were offering me free shipping, I would have placed an order.
