If they would leave a message people might actually be inclined to pick up the phone the next time. Just because someone calls you doesn't mean you have to answer it!
What's creepy is that they don't leave a message. How difficult would it be for them to say, "This is Lands End following up on your recent order; if you have any problems" etc. Just to keep calling and leave no messages is annoying.
keeps calling, but won't leave a message. If it's Lands End, they need to rethink their customer contact strategies--annoying your customers with crank calls is a good way to lose them :p
