I got a call from this number at 7:27 p.m. EDST, and did not answer the call because I did nto recognize the phone number on my caller ID. There was no message left. I have not ordered anything from Lands End in a long time, however I am a former customer of theirs and have provided them with my phone number in the past. If these calls continue, and I find out it is Lands End, I plan to file a telephone nuisance complaint against them as well as a Better Business Bureau complaint and possibly a small claims lawsuit they will be forced to defend.
They called me this afternoon and left a message. It was Land's End and the message concerned the color on an item that I was ordering. Maybe someone told them to start leaving messages!
I gotta call today, called back, no answer, no voicemessage left. I did order something from Lands end online awhile back though. Funny thing is, they are east coast based but have a calling center in WI? Kinda wierd where google will take you by just typing in a number. Oh well, nice to know who called, thanks everyone
