I got a call from them yesterday. I didn't answer (as I didn't recognize the number), but I pushed them straight to voicemail after the first ring. They didn't leave a message. I decided to type the number into Google, and I landed on this page.
I did recently make a purchase from Land's End, and it was my first purchase ever from them. Land's End and Sears are connected somehow, apparently (FYI and all that).
I guess if they call again, I'll ask them what they want.
I would suggest people stop owning telephones if they are going to get so bent out of shape over a simple call. It is not illegal to call you, and if you take so much offense to it, stop owning a phone. I ordered from Lands End recently, and they called me today. I didnt answer, but not because I am afraid someone is going to rape me or steal my wallet, I was just unable to answer it. "They will never get my money, using common technology in an effort to improve their business. I want everyone to threaten to sue them for calling me. Jerks."
