Why is it creepy? They called to see if you are satisfied. Do you like the product? Do you have any criticisms? You could tell them that your only criticism is that you don't like phone calls. If more companies were as concerned about the satisfaction of their customers we might not be going through an economic recession right now.
Ok, I read through this whole list and I think most everyone on here is certifiably insane. I got a call from them a day or two ago and I missed it so I looked up the number and found out it was Lands' End. Cool, I just ordered something from them. They just called again, I answered and this was the entire conversation: "Hi, this is so and so from Lands' End calling in regards to your purchase in February and your satisfaction of the product." I said "they're great." To which she replied, "Great, well you have a good day." "You too." Truly a frightening encounter.
