Received a call from Comnity bank called me just now - about two of my store cards. Comnity actually is a bank where a lot of catalog and/or on-line stores have our accounts. They knew my exact payment history for these cards so they're pretty legitimate plus they knew my old phone number, my cell, etc. i'm not thrilled about the fact that they "lost" the payment of one card and entered the wrong amount for the other card. They called it a "courtesy call" because I never miss a payment, well thanks! Now as a courtesy tell me how YOU lost one payment and keyed in the wrong amount for the other!!

When you call back inquiring why they keep calling and hang up before it gives you a second ring, they want to know everything about you, name, ss#, phone numbers, address etc ,before they even identify who they are and why they rae calling, very rude people!!!!! They also call a gazillion times a day, from before 8:00am until past 9:00pm and on Sundays also........ people, give me a break!!!!
